Prosecutors Fabricatre Evidence against doctors
Dr. Morse, a well-respected New York dentist was wrongly accused of fraudulent billing of dental treatment claims to Medicaid patients. The audit-investigator, Jose Castillo, and special assistant attorney general, John Fusto were found to have fabricated evidence, which they presented to the grand jury. After an acquittal, Dr. Morse, who had since lost his practice, reputation, and ability to regain such sued for malicious prosecution and won a judgment against the crooked prosecutorial team, despite an defensive attempt for the prosecutors to hide behind their prosecutorial immunity. Accessibility for Medicaid patients in Kings County, New York who require dental care has not recovered. This is another case of “convictions over justice,” based upon biased and unjust prosecutorial conduct, which have not only ruined one professional’s career, but have limited access to care for thousands of patients.
Dimissed Allegations cause permanent reputational harm
In 2012, Dr. Ali Shaygan was awarded $602,000 in damages and fees in Miami, Fl after being acquitted on charges involving a fatal overdose. The prosecutorial team violated disclosure requirements by withholding information from the defendant and the court. Judge Gold found the government’s conduct “profoundly disturbing,” raising “troubling issues about the integrity of those who wield enormous power over the people they prosecute.” The case was overturned on appeal and the supreme court was too afraid to take it up as the consequences would open the door to too much truth. The justice department even meddled earlier to have it dismissed. Meanwhile, the Dr’s. reputation is unfairly tarnished. Remember, that the department of justice employs the judges and the prosecutors at the same time. This doctor never had a chance against the big government machine.

Prosecutors violate procedure
Dr. Frank Purpera has not been able to get a fair trial in Roanoke, Virginia. Prosecutors had been secretly looking at Dr. Purpera’s cell phone records. Prosecutors also tampered with a key defense witness, by improperly approaching him and offering to pay him to testify against Purpera. The judge gave the prosecutors a pass on their unjust behavior. Purpera was later convicted despite this prosecutorial misconduct.
Pain Doctors Attacked
Pain management doctors are regularly attacked by the federal government. They are trained to prescribe medications to ease suffering, and then made to suffer, themselves for carrying out direct portions of the Hippocratic Oath. DoctorsofCourage web site lists 1,061 pain doctors and other professionals attacked by the government, many forced into false pleas.

Federal prosecutors in California are acting above the law in continuing to misrepresent (i.e. lie) to judges by fabricating their foundations for charges. Their conduct against doctors is convincing clear to be biased career builders in which they are rewarded for their convictions in what they call "sweeps week" and related promotional exposure in the department of "justice."
Prosecutors Joseph McNally, Ashwin Janakarim, and others, which knowledge of their supervisors have been routinely and repetitively misrepresenting the court against doctors and others in furtherance of their personal and professional endeavors.

Public policies and increasing financial pressures (decreased payments for the delivery of care) are ultimately causing limits to the access of care for patients in need.
